David Go’shay is a qualified NLP Sports Performance and lifestyle coach specialising in soccer and martial arts and has experience having worked with and coached over a 100 people.
David is a co-founder and CEO/Director of Esporte Ltd, he has been nominated in the ILM Life coach of the year awards in 2009 and is a self help and motivational speaker of seminars across the country. David wants to see the rate of obesity decrease and has a vision and goal of using sports and fun as a way of increasing children’s awareness of living a healthy and active lifestyle.
Karl Stringer Director
Karl Stringer is an FA Football Coach, qualified NLP Practitioner and lifestyle coach. He has proven results in working with professional athletes to improve their performance through correct mental preparation. Karl understands the importance of developing the same natural skills in young people and aims to develop these teachings through the education system.
Karl is a co-founder and CEO/Director of Esporte Ltd, and has coached in England, Malta, India and Malawi as part of Esporte Ltd’s Global Sporting Equality plan. Karl heads Esporte’s development into regions of domestic and international economic development, striving to improve the quality of sporting facilities in areas of greater need.
Jimmy Petruzzi Training, Development & Programme Coordinator
Jimmy Petruzzi’s is a sports performance and communication specialist. He has worked with many English football clubs including Blackburn Rovers FC, Crystal Palace FC, Queens Park Rangers FC, Bury FC and has also worked with individuals from teams such as Manchester United, Manchester City, Wigan and Fulham.
Outside of the sports world he has also been called upon to help turn around businesses, motivate entrepreneurs and teachers, and provided mental coaching programmes for schools.
In line with Esporte’s core values, Jimmy is also active in helping disadvantaged children with a variety of programmes across several continents.
