Those sports athletes who perform consistently in sports have found a way to enhance their mental skills in producing high results. In sports, NLP is often the difference that makes the difference in athletes.

NLP Techniques produce many unconscious as well as conscious strategies that sports athlete’s use, which can be learnt by others who also want to enjoy having the competitive edge in a variety of sports and mediums.

A boxer or martial artist can mentally rehearsed their performance and moves in their mind in a trance state and can use NLP anchoring techniques to powerfully access states of explosive power and lightning speed when they need them to have an advantage over their competitor.

A race car driver can use NLP to visualize prior to the race them slowing time down so that they can take corners correctly and drive faster lap times, given them a mental advantage over their competitors enabling them to maintain their focus throughout the race.

A tennis player who knows how to visualize the rise and fall of a tennis ball as it’s hit towards them can better predict where the ball will bounce on the court given them the edge to find the correct shot to take in return.

NLP allows coaches to use mental strategies that transfer sporting excellence, we look at the patterns of human behavior, which distinguish excellent performers from average performance.

Once athletes learn to use NLP and understand it, then they can really begin to play their sports at a whole new level.
