Esporte provides group workshop sessions and one one one training for a variety of sports.  Athletes who perform consistently in sports have found a way to enhance their mental skills in producing high results. In sports, NLP is often the difference that makes the difference in athletes.

We use different techniques to produce many subconscious as well as conscious strategies that sports athletes use, which can be learnt by others who also want to enjoy having the competitive edge in a variety of sports and activities. How does this work in the real world?

A boxer or martial artist can mentally rehearsed their performance and moves in their mind in a trance state and can use our techniques to powerfully access states of explosive power and lightning speed when they need them, which will provide an advantage over their competitor.

A race car driver can use NLP to visualise prior to the race, slowing time down so that they can take corners correctly and drive faster lap times, giving them a mental advantage over their competitors and enabling them to maintain their focus throughout the race.

A tennis player who knows how to visualise the rise and fall of a tennis ball as it’s hit towards them can better predict where the ball will bounce on the court, giving them the edge to find the correct shot to take in return.
